Odd Pop was born in Austin, TX with the goal of bringing artisan popsicles fitting of the city’s unique culture. From humble beginnings of testing recipes in our own home kitchen, we’re proud to have expanded the brand to serve farmer’s markets, festivals and even weddings.
We believe popsicles can deliver enticing flavors. The only thing more exciting than testing new recipes is delivering smiles to our clients both young and old.

Meet the Team:
Chris
Chris is the one putting the “Odd” in the Odd Pop recipes. He’s always dreaming up new flavor combinations and testing them out in the kitchen. With over 30 years in the service industry, Chris knows the importance of delivering a top-notch service experience.
Chris grew up in Houston and moved to Austin with partner Lindsay from the Pacific Northwest. Chris is also an avid musician and loves pairing the energy of a live show with the fun flavors and team of Odd Pop.
Lindsay
Consider Lindsay the “brains'“ of Odd Pop. You may not see her on the field as often and that’s because she’s working behind the scenes making sure all of our events, production, and planning are running smoothly.
Lindsay hails from the Pacific Northwest since moving to Austin with Chris. She may be in Cowboys country now, but she’s a diehard Seattle Seahawks fan through and through.
Jared
Jared has an infectious smile that is easy to spot under his fiery red beard. He can be seen at almost every Odd Pop event as he has a passion for connecting with people. Jared found the perfect working relationship and friendship with Lindsay & Chris and wants to share Odd Pop (and some laughs) with as many families as possible.
When he’s not behind the Odd Pop bike, you can find him watching football with his family or having dinner (with wine) at a good local restaurant.
